Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Wigs

• Hair extensions and bundles

• Lace products

• Custom orders

• Sale items

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shoprichblend.com. Photos of the issue may be required for review.

Custom wigs and made-to-order units are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

The Rich Blend reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
