PROCESSING TIME

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be extended.

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

Custom wig orders require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will be discussed during your consultation or listed within the product description.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

The Rich Blend is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by USPS or the selected shipping carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Rich Blend is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for select orders.

Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
